With the beginning of a new FAFSA year coming soon, the U.S. Department of Education has posted final versions of the 2023-24 FAFSA on the Web Worksheet and a watermarked version of the final 2023-24 FAFSA on the StudentAid.gov website.

In a September 21 Electronic Announcement, the Department said the FAFSA on the Web Worksheet is now available in English and Spanish. In addition, watermarked versions of the final 2023–24 FAFSA forms in English and Spanish are now available, in PDF.

The 2023–24 FAFSA on the Web Worksheet provides a preview of questions that applicants and parents may be asked while completing the FAFSA form. In the Announcement, the Department reminds users of the worksheet that it is not the financial aid application, nor is it part of the application. It is simply an optional tool to help applicants complete their FAFSA form online at studentaid.gov and should not be submitted to Federal Student Aid (FSA).

The watermarked version of the 2023–24 FAFSA form will be removed from the StudentAid.gov website on October 1 and replaced with final versions of the 2023–24 English and Spanish FAFSA forms. These PDFs can then be used for submission to FSA.
