The Federal Student Aid plans for the future are now ready for your review and comment.

In a September 15 Electronic Announcement, the Department of Education announced the release of Federal Student Aid's draft Fiscal Years 2023–27 strategic plan for public review.

According to the Department, Federal Student Aid (FSA) ensures that all eligible students and families can access federal student grants, loans, and work-study funds to pursue education and training beyond high school.

The Department also said that the strategic plan "outlines our efforts in the next five years to enhance customer service, advance our compliance and oversight capabilities, invest in our internal and expanded workforce and workplace, and bolster operational efficiencies."

The draft plan will be available for public review until 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on September 28. Both the draft strategic plan and a form for feedback about the draft plan are available at StudentAid.gov/strategicplan.
