Set up your FSA ID flyer updated

It's probably the most important thing students and parents can do right now as they await the release of the 2024-25 FAFSA.

That most important thing is to establish their StudentAid.gov account by setting up their FSA ID.

To help students and parents with the FSA ID, Mapping Your Future recently updated the "Set up your FSA ID" flyer which is available in color and in black and white.

Because the FSA ID will need to be verified before a student and parent can complete the FAFSA, it's important for anyone who will be contributing information to set up their account now.

Another tool with ideas on things students can be doing before the December release is the Five things you can do while you wait for the 2024-25 FAFSA flyer. The flyer is now available in Spanish as well at mappingyourfuture.org/Downloads/Mapping-Your-Future-FAFSA-Delay-Five-Things-To-Do-Spanish.pdf.
